Maichibi Mugla
Maichibi Mugla Salma is an enthusiastic researcher, humanitarian and a lover of young people, his interest and drive is to see underprivileged children excel, defying limitations and setbacks due to their backgrounds.
This drive has led him into so many humanitarian activities and advocacy for young people, women, the elderly and currently volunteering as teenagers teacher/mentor with the Teanagers Outreach Ministry (TOM) Plateau State Nigeria.
Mugla is an experienced researcher currently working with the National veterinary research institute vom plateau State Nigeria as a Senior Research Scientist. He is a fellow of the Nduaka Education Foundation (NEF) Toxicology Internship, a competitive internship programme for African young scientists with over 3,000 applications annually. He holds a bachelor degree of Microbiology, Master of science degree in Medical Microbiology (with Distinction) and is currently pursuing a PhD with interest in food safety, Antimicrobial resistance (AMR) and One-Health.
Mugla is a recipient of the best graduating Post graduate student of the Federal University of Lafia Nasarawa state (2018). He has held so many leadership positions academically, social, community and in religious circles. he is happily married with a lovely daughter.
