As part of its education and adolescent health programmes, Impact Hub for Youth and Children Foundation invites qualified and reputable suppliers to submit quotations for the supply and delivery of menstrual hygiene materials and essential learning supplies for beneficiaries in Jos, Plateau State.

LOT 1 (Supply of One-Year Menstrual Hygiene Kits)
The supplier shall provide one-year menstrual hygiene kits for 1,000 adolescent girls in Jos, Plateau State. The kits are intended to support safe and dignified menstrual hygiene management and reduce barriers to school attendance during menstruation. Each kit shall contain essential menstrual hygiene materials including reusable sanitary pads, disposable sanitary pads, bathing soap, and a waterproof storage pouch for the safe storage and handling of menstrual materials.
Reusable sanitary pads should be washable, durable, and designed for multiple uses using safe and hygienic materials suitable for adolescent girls. Disposable sanitary pads shall be supplied in packs containing sixteen (16) pads each, with each beneficiary receiving approximately four packs to complement the reusable pads during periods of heavier flow or where washing facilities may be limited. All items supplied must meet acceptable health, hygiene, and safety standards and must be properly packaged to prevent contamination or damage during transportation and storage.
LOT 2 (Supply of Branded Exercise Books and Writing Pens)
The supplier shall provide twenty-four thousand (24,000) sixty-leaf exercise books intended to support classroom learning among pupils in project-supported schools in Jos, Plateau State. The exercise books shall be appropriate for everyday academic use and must contain sixty ruled leaves, durable covers, and strong binding capable of withstanding regular handling by learners.
The exercise books will be custom branded with the Impact Hub for Youth and Children Foundation project identity. Suppliers shall ensure that the printing, branding, and finishing are clear, durable, and of good quality, and that the materials used are suitable for writing with standard school stationery.
In addition to the exercise books, the supplier shall also supply durable writing pens suitable for school learners. The pens should be designed for everyday classroom use, provide consistent ink flow, and be capable of lasting through extended writing activities.

Impact Hub for Youth and Children Foundation reserves the right to award one or both lots depending on the supplier's capacity and the outcome of the evaluation. The contract will be awarded to the supplier offering the best value for money.

All quotations must be submitted in the English language. All costs associated with the preparation and submission of quotations shall be borne by the suppliers.
