Bwala Christopher Musa is a passionate individual committed to advancing accountable systems that improves the lives of young people. Trained in Political Science, he is driven by a strong belief in good governance, quality education, and institutional accountability as foundations for sustainable societal progress.

At Impacthub for Youth and Children Foundation, Chris leads the day-to-day operations, oversees programme execution, coordinates partnerships, and ensures administrative and financial compliance. His leadership focuses on building strong internal systems, maintaining operational discipline, and enabling Impacthub to deliver structured interventions.

Chris is also an experienced Health Informatics Officer with APIN Public Health Initiatives in Nigeria, where he supports health data systems, reporting, and performance monitoring to strengthen evidence-based programming. He also works directly with adolescents living with HIV, where he helps in guiding structured conversations that help young people take charge of their health, overcome stigma, and remain virally suppressed.
