Victoria Nneka Mimi Chenge

Victoria Nneka Mimi Chenge is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in HR and Operations. Known for her expertise in building effective teams and fostering a positive workplace culture, Victoria has made significant contributions to various organisations throughout her career.

Victoria holds an HND in Food Science Technology from the Federal Polytechnic Idah, a Graduate Diploma in Administration and an MBA with concentration in Human Resources from Nasarawa State University, Keffi, and a Master's degree in Industrial and Organisational Psychology from UNICAF University, Zambia.

She started her career as a contract staff on a USAID-funded project (BASICS II) at the Kano Field Office, where she broadened her knowledge in operations and the development sector. Over the years, Victoria worked in several international organisations across administration, logistics, human resources, procurement, and operations — including Partners for Development (PFD), WaterAid, Christian Aid, and Plan International.

At Christian Aid, she spearheaded diversity and inclusion initiatives that resulted in a more equitable workplace and improved employee morale. Her work in developing and implementing workforce development strategies has been recognised for its positive impact on productivity and well-being. She has played major roles in systems strengthening, mentoring and coaching, and policy development.

Outside of her professional life, Victoria is passionate about learning and family. She enjoys opportunities to reflect, relax, and invest in continuous personal development.
